The Military Order of the Purple Heart Auxiliary of the United States of America, Inc. consists of parents, grandparents, spouses, widows, widowers, siblings, children, and grandchildren of persons who have been awarded the Purple Heart.

Our volunteer organization is committed to serving the needs of Veterans and their families. For the last 9 decades, the Military Order of the Purple Heart has adhered to the objectives that were set forth in 1933. Those objectives are "assisting, comforting, and aiding all distressed members and their dependents.​

Welcome to the Military Order of the Purple Heart Auxiliary (MOPHA)! We invite you to join us as we support the combat wounded Patriots of the Military Order of the Purple Heart (MOPH) and veterans and veteran organizations around the country. 

 

The purpose of the Auxiliary is to assist MOPH in carrying out its patriotic, fraternal, educational and historical programs. To do this, the Auxiliary participates in a wide range of activities and events that support veterans and other veteran organizations.

For example, every year Auxiliary members volunteer tens of thousands of hours at VA Medical Centers, Outpatient Clinics and other VA facilities.

Every Auxiliary Unit has activities dedicated to community veterans. Units can throw a party for Senior Heroes in local assisted living homes or prepare backpacks for homeless veterans throughout the county.  

 

There are countless ways you can contribute, meet like-minded friends, and be part of a nationwide group that supports all veterans from all wars.
